Terms for using
this website.
These terms apply to your use of the Deleglo website. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
Using the website
This website provides information about Deleglo’s business-process outsourcing services for business customers. By using it, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.
Scope of services
Deleglo provides finance and accounting support and business operations support through dedicated professionals. Deleglo is a business-process outsourcing provider and is not a licensed accounting or CPA firm. Website information is general information about our services and is not a substitute for advice from an appropriately licensed professional.
The scope, responsibilities, working arrangements, and other terms of any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement. Sending an inquiry does not create an engagement or oblige either party to proceed. If these website terms conflict with a signed service agreement on service delivery, that agreement governs.
Client direction and Deleglo’s responsibilities
Clients direct priorities, processes, tools, and access, and may assign day-to-day tasks. Deleglo is responsible for recruiting, vetting, onboarding, a named team lead, quality review, continuity, security practices, reporting, and escalation as agreed for the engagement. Clients retain responsibility for their business decisions and final approvals.
Inquiries and communications
Please provide accurate contact information and only share information you are entitled to disclose. Do not send confidential client records or access credentials through the website form. Our stated reply time refers to an initial response to an inquiry, rather than completion of requested work. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, disrupt its operation, or submit unlawful or misleading material. You must not use the contact form to send unsolicited advertising or messages unrelated to a legitimate business inquiry.
Website content
Deleglo’s website content and branding may be viewed and used to evaluate our services. You may not reproduce or commercially redistribute them without permission, except where applicable law allows. Names of third-party software remain the property of their respective owners; mentioning a platform does not imply an endorsement or affiliation.
Availability and external services
We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but its content may change and access may be interrupted. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. The contact form relies on a third-party service. External websites and services have their own terms and policies.
Responsibility and legal rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Deleglo is not responsible for loss arising from reliance on general website information or interruptions to website access. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Responsibility for services is addressed in the applicable written engagement agreement.
Changes and questions
We may revise these terms by updating this page. The latest revision date appears below. For questions about the website or these terms, contact hello@deleglo.com.
