We also receive information you send in subsequent correspondence. Please do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential client records, or account credentials through the website.

Our hosting and form service providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details, request times, and diagnostic logs to operate the website, deliver messages, and prevent misuse.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to respond to you, understand your needs, discuss a potential engagement, and keep a record of our communications. We use technical information to maintain the website and investigate delivery problems or misuse. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Who receives information

Information is available to Deleglo personnel who need it to respond to or manage your inquiry. Our website hosting, form processing, and email providers process information to deliver those services. The contact form uses FormSubmit to forward your message to hello@deleglo.com. FormSubmit documents a 30-day submission archive. Its handling of information is described in its privacy policy.

We may disclose information where required by law or where necessary to protect legal rights. We do not sell inquiry information.

International handling

Deleglo’s delivery teams are based in Nepal. Information may be accessed there and processed in other countries by our hosting, form, and email providers. The protections available in those countries may differ from those in your country. Contact us before submitting information if you need to discuss where it will be handled.

Retention and security

We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the business relationship, maintain necessary records, or meet legal obligations. We limit access to people who need the information. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising trackers or optional analytics, and its own code does not set cookies. Hosting access controls may use essential cookies when access to the site is restricted. The form service processes a request when you submit an inquiry.

Your choices and requests

You can choose to contact us by email instead of using the form. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, or to raise a privacy concern, email hello@deleglo.com. We may need to verify your identity and consider any recordkeeping obligations before acting. Any rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.

Client engagements

This policy covers the website and business inquiries. The handling of information within a client engagement is also governed by the applicable service agreement, confidentiality commitments, and agreed client instructions.
